This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use (which can be found at Terms of Use) and is an integral part thereof (together, the “Terms”), such that, among others, the Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous sections thereof shall apply to this Privacy Policy as well.
